Darjeeling and Assam Tea

If Darjeeling is the Champagne of teas, then Assam is the Bordeaux, a truly fantastic blend that is suitable for any time of the day.

Assam's, rich, malty flavours from the plains of the Brahmaputra Valley in North East India, blended with the reserved stylishness of Darjeeling from the foothills of the Himalayas, produce a tea which is a favourite all over the world


To Brew

Put one teaspoon per person into a warmed pot and add fresh, boiling water. Allow to brew for 4 minutes then strain into mugs or cups. This blend is best drunk with milk (and sugar if desired).
