CHARITY EVENT
Nizam Indian Restaurant hosted another charity event to raise funds for the East Grinstead and District Credit Union on Tuesday 7th July 2009. Ninety guests attended the event which was another great success
Established in July 2006, East Grinstead and District Credit Union (EGDCU) is a local savings and loans cooperative run by its members for its members. Members can have
* an individual savings account, with the opportunity of also opening a Christmas account
* borrow money at a reasonable rate
* receive help and support on managing financial affairs
People who live or work in East Grinstead and the surrounding area are eligible to join. Credit Unions can be found in many parts of the world with over 700 in Great Britain with over 500,000 members.
EGDCU is local and approachable and operates a Collection Point weekly on a Saturday from 10-12 noon in St Swithun's Church Hall. Please drop in and see us or look at website www.egdcu.co.uk
