Mao Feng Keemun

Keemun tea comes from the Anhui Province of Eastern China and is known as the “Burgundy of Teas”.

Strong, sweet, aromatic and full of flavour, Keemun is one of the renowned teas of the world.

Historically Anhui Province produced only Green teas of rather moderate quality, but within the last 150 years black tea production has grown and the quality is in many cases excellent. Keemun tea is identifiable by its small, wiry, extremely consistent and aromatic, slightly smoky leaf. 


To Brew

Put one teaspoon of Mao Feng Keemun per person into a warmed pot and add fresh boiling water. Allow to brew for 4 minutes and drink without milk.
